The value for money at Robbins By The Sea was excellent, and the room itself was cozy and comfortable. The location, right by the sea, provided stunning views from the private deck. The staff, especially the owner Doug, were attentive and helpful, even during the passing hurricane Larry.

The menu for breakfast could be improved by adding more variety and options.

As bike riders, we appreciated the easy access to bike-friendly routes and bike storage facilities.

the location and private deck with a water view were amazing, and the host was very helpful in recommending restaurants and attractions. the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. a lovely touch was the dish of snacks on the table. exceeded our expectations!

The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the harbor and the ocean. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a drink in the evening. the location of the hotel was super convenient, as it was within walking distance of numerous restaurants and bars. This made it easy to explore the city and grab a bite to eat without having to travel far. the spaciousness of the room was great, offering a comfortable bed and a large bathroom to enjoy.

The misleading online description of the unit. It claimed to be an entire house, but in reality, it was just a small one-room unit with limited space.

Easy beach access, attentive host during hurricane, functioning amenities, helpful laundry. Many local attractions including a theater and ice cream shop. Extraordinary view, compact and warm. Convenient little extras provided. Great view, clean, cooking facilities, BBQ, washer/dryer available.

The accommodations were very clean and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, couch, table and chairs, kitchenette, clean bathroom, TV. the host was very friendly and available to answer any questions or address any concerns. the location was convenient for visiting the sights on the Bonavista Peninsula, including the Puffins in Elliston during the summer.

We had a fantastic stay at Robbins By The Sea. As first-time visitors to the area, we were thrilled by the variety of local attractions. The theatre performance by The Ennis Sisters was absolutely brilliant, and we also enjoyed exploring the Ryan Buildings. The studio apartment provided everything we needed and the view was incredible, right next to the water. The host owner was easily accessible and provided a warm welcome upon our arrival.

The view is extraordinary, and the location is easy to find. Our host provided little conveniences like scissors and there was a free launderette.

The online description could have been clearer regarding the size of the unit, as it turned out to be smaller than expected and not suitable for four adults.

Pleasant Stay with Friendly People

During my recent stay at Robbins By The Sea, I had a pleasant and typical Newfoundland experience. The location was great, and the view was fantastic. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchenette, which allowed us to cook our own food. The landlord was very special and made our check-in process easy. The little dish of snacks on the table was a nice touch.
